ABOUT LIVE UNTAMED
Live Untamed offers training programs that focuses on: sprint mechanics, acceleration, speed endurance, power and strength, and flexibility. Our philosophy consistently recycles the raw mentality of achieving fitness and performance goals. It is our mission to coach the individual and not the sport. Working with youth to professionals, our focus is pushing athletes beyond their limitations, whether it be physically, mentally, and emotionally; each athlete has set a barrier for themselves that can be pushed further. We want athletes to meet their goals and some.

"We could not be happier in our choice of a coach/trainer and our daughter just loves her.
To any track sprinters out there wanting to improve... give Ciara a call. I promise, you will thank me for the referral!!"
Imani Schenk

"Ciara is definitely good at what she do!! Yes I was very sore at first hey....but no pain no gain! She’s very professional and will push you to reach your health goals. Couldn’t ask for a better fitness trainer!"
Kayla Gipson

"One of the tests they had the boys do was a 50-meter sprint. Nick told me he tried to remember all the things you taught him about staying low and pushing forward off the ground, etc. He ran a 6.8, which was one of the fastest, outperforming even some of the top seniors on the team! It was certainly a consideration for the coaches when choosing the 19 players for the varsity team."
